A case management conference will be held on February 16, 2015 to canvass the following issues raised by the Applicant:

1. Proposed amendments to Notice of Application
2. Respondents’ objection to transmitting tribunal record
3. Proposed adjournment of Respondents’ motion to strike until the outset of the hearing of the application for judicial review
4. Proposed dispute resolution conference
5. Proposed motion for adverse costs immunity order
