On April 13, 2015, the Applicant served and filed a supplementary book of authorities containing a single additional authority, being the Federal Court of Appeal’s unanimous judgment in Canadian Transit Company v. Windsor (Corporation of the City),
2015 FCA 88, issued the previous week on April 7, 2015.

Oral arguments on the respondents’ motion to strike the application for judicial review will be heard in Vancouver on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at 9:30am.
