Federal Court hears motion to strike
On April 23, 2015, Mr. Justice Sean Harrington heard oral arguments at the Federal Court in Vancouver regarding the government’s objections based on the justiciability of constitutional conventions and the Court’s jurisdiction to consider an application concerning the appointment of Senators.
