Court sets timetable for hearing motion to strike
The Court has advised that the respondents’ motion to strike will be heard orally at a special sitting of the Federal Court in Vancouver on April 23, 2015 at 9:30am.
Respondents file motion to strike
On January 15, 2015, the respondents served and filed a motion to strike the application for lack of justiciability and jurisdiction, and for costs payable in the amount of $1,000. A timetable for submissions has not yet been fixed.
